All site glitches (such as the site being blank for 24 hours, and the chatbox going awol) are all down to me fiddling with the php... and quite badly too!
If anyone knows php, and is familiar (or happy to learn) about e107 - AND would like the job as site mechanic, please let me know!! I am wanting to add a few more interactive elements to the site, such as listing all downloads for each author so we can see who has contributed the most, or the most popular, etc etc. |

Welcome to the new ezdesign portal. You are part of a select few invited to see the site in construction. That's because we'd like you to be a key player in its creation.
The current ezdesign site is upkept by the designers circle, who add their themes to it. Any other themes are added in by me, and lamentably, I am very slow!!

Hi and welcome to ezdesign. You're now visiting what will soon be the new main site. You'll notice a few differences, but otherwise it's alll the same ezdesign that you know and love!
What's new?
The biggest change to the site is a new backend. The machinery (in terms of software) that runs the site is now a php scripted "website in a box" called e107. We used to use Moveabletype, which is great, but didn't allow for anyone and everyone to create a unique user account. In the new system you can create an account and upload your themes/profiles/custom html as and when you like. It's far more interactive - you can rate other downloads, submit links, FAQs and articles, and comment on news items.
