Description
This custom html is made up of borders and a banner that enclose your forum to give it a highly customized look. Add some 'valentine bears' to your community at this romantic time of year... or even use it all year round as a lighthearted 'cute theme' to show how much you love your members.
It comes with a blank banner, but personalized banners can be requested at Toxic Slime's theme board.

Click the 'Preview' link to go to Slimers Toxic Themes and click the screenshot there to view the custom layout actually installed on a board.
instructions
Download the zip file and you'll find the instructions for installing this custom html onto your board. If you are not an ezdesign subscriber (see below), you'll need to upload the images to your own webhost and edit the url's. - (Instructions are included in the zip file)
A link back to Slimers Toxic Themes is now required if using my themes, so please click the 'link button' (below the Creative Commons Button) on my theme board sidebar for full details of how to set this up! - (Details also in Zip!)
